How I'd lead

A better site exists. It still needs to be tested by more than just a few insiders. So here's how I'd handle the change:
Open testing for every club member. Feedback can be submitted directly from every page. No clickup forms, no videos to watch.
A refreshed and vibrant web committee. With published minutes, and open attendance to any club member. The committee decides what we do. Contributions are welcome, open-source style.
Decisions on the record. When the board decides something, the minutes say who decided, when, and what it cost, and they're posted on time. "It was decided" isn't good enough. Members come first, ahead of our own interests and ahead of loyalty to each other.
Scott has the technical knowledge, judgment, and understanding of the Club that the Technology Director role needs. I strongly support him.

While the website would be my focus, other changes to the club I'd look for are for tiered memberships, paid positions for social media manager and ENY ride director (as finding volunteers for this is challenging), a ride leader program with ride leader certification, updated and consolidated bylaws with a view to increasing transparency of board activities.
