How I'd lead

A better site exists. It still needs to be tested by more than just a few insiders. So here's how I'd handle the change:
Open testing for every club member. Available now. Your app.nycc.org password works on tools.nycc.org, and feedback can be submitted directy from every page. No clickup forms, no videos to watch.
A refreshed and vibrant web committee. With published minutes, and open attendance to any club member. The committee decides what we do. Contributions are welcome, open-source style.
While the website would be my focus, other changes to the club I'd look for are for tiered memberships, a paid social media manager, a paid ENY ride directory, a ride leader program with ride leader certification, and an initiative to grow the club.
